IBM Launches Digital Asset Haven for Institutional Blockchain Development
IBM has introduced Digital Asset Haven, a blockchain platform designed for governments, banks, and corporations to build compliant financial services. The solution combines IBM's Z and LinuxONE infrastructure with custody technology from Dfns, supporting over 40 blockchains.
The platform enables end-to-end digital asset management, from custody to settlement, with built-in governance and compliance tools. Dfns contributes its multi-party computation security and transaction expertise, having already secured 15 million wallets for institutional clients.
Tom McPherson of IBM positions this as enabling "the next generation of financial services" with enterprise-grade resilience. Dfns CEO Clarisse Hagège notes the collaboration orchestrates the entire digital asset ecosystem, signaling readiness for mass institutional adoption.
